  • February 14th – Dance like no one is watching during a FREE Buti Yoga dance party!
  • February 29th – FREE Family Fit workout followed by a final wrap up party with cake, balloons, dancing and community.

Postpartum Hormones

We often hear, “Everything changed after I had my baby. I haven’t felt the same since!”

Postpartum hormone changes are real.

You had a baby. Life as you know it changed.

This includes your hormones.

Much of the hormonal imbalance that develops after baby is due to higher levels of Estrogen, and lower progesterone (very common post baby – but if they don’t balance out on their own, you are left feeling like your body is something you don’t recognize anymore).

This imbalance can create life-altering symptoms like: severe menstrual cramps, irregular and heavy periods, PMS, water retention, weight gain (or difficulty losing weight), headaches, low sex drive, or mood-related symptoms like mood swings, anxiety, panic attacks, or depression.

This hormone imbalance can lead to many other hormone imbalances if left unchecked – and leaves you feeling exhausted, depleted, and unsure what to do to feel like you again. THIS is why you feel so different after your baby. It’s because physically, hormonally, mentally and emotionally you are completely different!

Weekly – Buti Yoga with Amanda

Buti is a movement methodology that incorporates dynamic yoga asana with primal movement, cardio-dance bursts & deep core conditioning. This practice helps you connect with a WILD + PRIMAL aspect of yourself, but it’s also just lots of fun!
