We know everyone is starting this fitness journey from different places. Whether you’re confident in the gym or haven’t broken a sweat in years, there’s a place for you in Peak Physique Bootcamp.

Each phase is created with variety, progressions/regressions and individual considerations in mind. Your coaches are top level WOMENS HEALTH trainers who have years of experience developing movements, implementing strategies for pelvic floor & core function, and perfecting workouts that’ll have you seeing the gains you want.

STARTING
BLOCKS

PHASE 1 - STARTS JULY 18TH!! MUSCLE BUILDING: Your workouts will focus on building LEAN muscle (think toned and strong!), firing up sluggish metabolisms, begin managing nutrition (meal guides provided and tailored to YOU) and begin developing better habits with the "big rocks" that will make the biggest impact (phase 2 takes this to the next level!). We will also help identify and correct any weak points in your current physique to reduce risk of injury (we want this to be a sustainable change for you!

  • 12x NEW In Person Workouts (all different to keep it fresh and fun!)
  • 6x NEW Home Based Workouts (simple, 20 mins. or less, minimal equipment)
  • Daily check-ins with your coach & community
  • Meal guides and nutrition guidance to help optimize energy and muscle gains (no you won't get huge! Just strong!)
  • Full access to our custom APP so you can track your progress

FUEL THE FIRE

PHASE 2 - FAT LOSS: Your workouts change focus to torching calories both during and after your workouts. Intensity increases (always with intention!), and we start dialling in nutrition to create the desired effects/results (meal guides will be adjusted to your progress and goals each phase!) A bonus accountability challenge is included in this phase for ultra motivation and consistency (prizes to be given away!) and you will put that muscle from phase 1 to good use burning fat!

MAINTENCE MODE

PHASE 3 - MAINTENANCE: Your phase 3 workouts are focused on fun, movement and variety! Sustainability should be enjoyable!! Nutrition adjusts from fat loss focus to ensuring long term energy, satisfaction and sustainability, (no more falling off and on the wagon!). In this phase we are celebrating all your hard work and making sure you continue to use consistency with the tools and knowledge you've gained in PH1 & PH2! We finish off with a WRAP UP PARTY!

Empowerfit is a privately owned and operated gym/physiotherapy clinic dedicated to offering candid, honest and effective fitness and wellness support for all stages of life. Christy Amason

Founder and Owner

The founder of Empowerfit, Christy is dedicated to the wellness of each and every person who walks through the door. Christy opened this studio 3.5 years ago to be a caring, one stop shop wellness haven for women of all ages to experience life without limits. When Christy isn't using her magic energy to motivate her community, she's mentoring and continuing to grow her own knowledge base to implement the most innovative practices and strategies to help her team and clients.

Kailyn Ardnt

Personal Trainer, Head Coach #PPBC

Kailyn entered the Empowerfit world as a practicum student from NAIT's PFT program and showed such potential that it was clear she belonged on the team. Kailyns energy and ability to program effective workouts and motivate her clients are what drives their success.  When creating #PPBC Kailyn wanted to provide a program that took her clients all the way to success and long term sustainability. No more hopping on the wagon and falling off again.
